Hello and welcome to the Stoke North Methodist Circuit website!
Having found us you have probably worked out that the Circuit does indeed cover the northern side of the city of Stoke-on-Trent and a bit more besides. The 14 churches (still referred to by many folks as “chapels”) are located in a range of settings, including villages near to the Staffordshire Moorlands, former mining communities, traditional council estate areas, larger towns and suburban housing, and also the City Centre (Hanley). The membership of these churches are equally varied, from a handful to a hundred; different in character but united in Christ.
The Circuit came into being in September 2009, an amalgamation of the former Hanley, Tunstall and Burslem Circuits, and we work hard to be a mutually supporting entity.
Enjoy your “tour” of our site, and why not come and enjoy fellowship with us at some point?
