Leigh Memorial Methodist Church stands in the heart of Milton village, near to the site where Rev Samuel Leigh [the first Methodist missionary to Australia after whom the church is named] was born. The 1865 building was replaced in 1997 by a modern purpose built premises, extensively used by church and community groups.
We enjoy two-way links with Milton Primary School next door, with school pupils coming into church for lessons and Education Sunday service, and the Minister leading school assemblies.
A group visits the local nursing home regularly to lead services.
We extend a warm welcome to everyone to our services and events.
