Tunstall

Tunstal

Tunstall Methodist Church, in its present form, has existed since 1975; this was the result of four older churches – Jubilee Methodist; Wesley Place Methodist; King Street Methodist and Pittshill Methodist Churches uniting and coming together.
We are situated on Queen’s Avenue next to Tunstall Park and the Floral Hall between Tunstall town centre and the Stanfields and Mill Hill housing estates.
Several bus routes pass the church First Bus Services 21 and 98 and Wardles 61, 62, 76 and 77.
Mission Statement

  • A worshipping community, where worship relates to everyday life and everyone’s gifts and needs are valued;
  • caring community, where people are helped to grow and learn as Christians through mutual support and love;
  • serving community, where we offer ourselves and our building as a resource in God’s name;
